lipoci.com, including text, images, source code, UI/UX designs, the Sinuci brand logo, and technical documentation, are the legal property of Lipoci JSC or licensed for legal use.
2. Patents & Proprietary Technology

Active ingredient extraction technologies, packaging lines, and proprietary product formulas are protected under the Intellectual Property Law of Vietnam and relevant international treaties.

Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any part of this intellectual property without prior written consent from Lipoci JSC constitutes an infringement and will be handled in accordance with the law.
